Machine Enclosing
We have 5 envelope inserting machines and 1 polywrap machine to enclose your promotional inserts into envelopes or film, much cheaper than enclosing by hand. It does mean the inserts have to be presented in a certain way and only machineable gummed wallet envelopes can be used. However, polywrapping is far simpler and more cost effective, recyclable film is available. Many promotional leaflets or brochures can be mechanically enclosed in suitable gummed flap envelopes. Our machines can enclose from one piece up to eight. Ultra sensitive detection systems ensure that an insert cannot be missed out or the possibility of doubles of the same insert enclosed within the mailing packs. The inserts are automatically enclosed the gummed flap sealed, bundled, bagged or boxed ready for despatch.









Perforated tabs
If you have a one piece mailer that requires addressing and sealing with a
clear perforated tab then put it our way. We have the facilities to affix tabs
wherever you want them affixed. If you need a mail tabber for tabbing sheets
of paper or card then we can help. Our tabbing machines run a range of 25mm
tabs: paper & clear, perforated, circles and rectangles. Ideal for security
tabbing, brochure tabbing, letter tabbing and many more applications
                                                  
                                               
Tabbing is a brilliant alternative to gluing as there is little wastage and no set up time so costs are reduced and turnaround times are very fast. It is also an ideal way to ensure tabs are placed neatly and accuratley, something that couldn't be guarnteed by hand.

Print Finishing
We have many print finishing services available, We can quickly and efficiently fold, perforate & trim most types of paper. We can cross fold A3 paper down to A5, A6 or DL, fold A4 paper down to A5, A6 or DL.
